In all workshops, PSYDEH works to share around six important leader values:

• COMMUNICATION (Communication is leading authentically via self-awareness and transparency on needs, plans and values)
• SOLIDARITY (Solidarity is learning and working in community to achieve desired results)
• RESPONSIBILITY (Responsibility is being a force for change by embracing a standard of excellence and promoting responsibility for actions and solutions)
• HONESTY (Honesty is acting with integrity, e.g., pursuant to commitments; if such is later deemed impossible, we communicate and act on what is)
• RESPECT (Respect is modeling desired conduct by asking direct, empathetic questions and listening for content and emotion on problems to foster dialogue on solutions)
• LOVE (Love is empowering others to action by choosing to grow our and partner’s well being)
