According to indigenous women, the Region’s primary challenge is economic and a lack of jobs.

They suggest many solutions to such problems in their Citizen Agenda, including:
o Increase jobs
o Improve wages
o Encourage citizens to save 10% of their wages to address urgent needs
o Encourage increased effort and more work.
In the context of PSYDEH’s and the Network’s program, and to supply global demand for their goods, and to fund needed projects targeted by the indigenous women advisory boards in 2016, we now incubate the first regional cooperative of indigenous artisans and producers of organic goods.
